Abstract information and submission

Participants are invited to submit an abstract for Poster Presentation. All accepted abstracts will be published in on-line Abstract book.

Deadline for abstract submission is extended to September, 18th 2023. There will be no further extension.

The abstract should be submitted to e-mail address: molphyssymp@uj.edu.pl 

Please follow the guidelines provided in the Abstract form (The XXX International Symposium ABSTRACT Instructions.docx) when preparing your abstract. All abstracts must be submitted in English.

From submitted abstracts, 4 will be selected by the Scientific Committee for short oral presentations (15 min). The Authors will be informed about the selection by September 22th 2023. 

The Symposium 2023 Organizing Committee will grant the best oral and poster presentations – awardees will be announced during the closing ceremony.

Instruction for poster presentation:

On site posters: The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 120 cm long. Posters will be on display for the duration of the conference.

On-line posters: Please prepare your poster as a pdf file and submit it at latest on October, 6th 2023 to molphyssymp@uj.edu.pl

Posters will be available within conference files in MS Teams during the conference. 

Poster Presenters are asked to give a short (2-3 min.) presentation during the on-site and on-line Poster Session.
